Truffle Paste, 80 g

Tartufata is a delicate truffle paste that combines the flavor of summer truffles with mushrooms and olive oil into a harmonious and full-bodied whole. The result is an intense yet balanced delicacy that can transform even a simple dish into a gourmet experience.

The base consists of mushrooms complemented by 5% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), which is valued for its subtly nutty and elegant flavor. Black olives and porcini mushrooms add depth and roundness to the paste, while olive oil binds the individual components into a creamy texture.

The truffle paste is very versatile. Just a small amount instantly enhances pasta, risotto, or potato dishes. It also works wonderfully as a luxurious spread on fresh bread, in omelets, with grilled meats, or in combination with cheeses.
