Soma was founded in 2023 in Ljubljana by Blodwenn Lefol-Caraes, who moved to Slovenia in 2020. Rooted in a multicultural life across Asia, Europe, and North America, Soma brings a modern ritual approach to everyday well-being.

We create premium blends of functional mushrooms and adaptogens, crafted in small batches using thoughtfully chosen ingredients and traditional preparation methods. From our signature Lion’s Mane matcha to cacao-based rituals and handcrafted chocolates, each product is designed to be both effective in its simplicity and genuinely delicious.
