Elisa honey beer is a unique combination of two crafts – a pale lager from the Hrádek Slavičín brewery and the original Elisa mead. The result is a lager that retains its traditional beer character while also surprising with a delicate sweetness and an elegant honey touch.
The base consists of bottom-fermented beer with a full body and medium bitterness. By adding Elisa mead, the drink gains a new dimension. The mead does not overpower the taste of the beer but naturally enhances it – with honey tones, a light herbal line, and pleasant freshness.
