Half cheese with an approximate weight of: 1.2 - 1.3KG
Wedge with an approximate weight of: 0.6-0.650KG
The delivered product format is a cut wedge.
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:
Store at 3º to 4ºC maximum
Consume at the same temperature.
Expiration: 30 days from the date of production.
