They are ideal for preparing healthy meals and contribute to the feeling of fullness due to their exceptional ability to increase their volume (up to 15 times).
Usage: You can consume the husks in bread mixes up to 2%, or you can mix them with yogurt, smoothies/juice and consume immediately after preparation.
