They are also used as a high source of fiber in combination with yogurt, muesli, or smoothies as they naturally regulate digestion. They are ideal for preparing healthy meals and contribute to the feeling of fullness due to their exceptional ability to increase their volume (up to 15 times).
Usage: You can consume the husks in bread mixes up to 2%, or you can mix them with yogurt, smoothies/juice and consume immediately after preparation.
