LUCIFER is a modern herbal liqueur in the style of amaro pelinkovec — created for those who seek more than just bitterness. It combines wormwood, elderflower, angelica, gentian, and carefully selected natural herbs that together create a complex, pleasantly bitter, and refreshing character.
On the nose, it first surprises with a gentle honey warmth, lifted by floral notes of elderflower. On the palate, it quickly transitions to an elegant bitterness that slowly develops and reveals ever-new herbal layers. The longer it stays on the tongue, the more character it shows. The finish brings a long, persistent touch of wormwood that lingers long after the last sip.

Agapostemon & Lucifer Devil Bee
LUCIFER is represented by Agapostemon and Lucifer Devil Bee — wild, mysterious, and unpredictable bees with a distinct character.
The philosophy of the Agapostemon bee holds a special place, as it comes from a lineage of sweat bees. It is one of the rare species of solitary bees that, despite their independent nature, live together underground, among the roots of plants and herbs.
In their groups, leadership does not belong to the first or oldest bee, but to the one that proves to be the strongest.
LUCIFER also enters the market among the last — but we believe that with its character, quality, and uniqueness, it will eventually take the lead.
Herbs
The foundation of LUCIFER's character is created by wormwood, elderflower, angelica, gentian, and other carefully selected natural herbs.
In selecting ingredients, we collaborate with Nature and the Plavica Farm, where the focus is on quality, organic production, and respect for natural balance.
Honey & Distillate
Like FOZET, LUCIFER is based on Slovenian honey in a precisely balanced ratio of linden and chestnut, which adds gentle warmth and softness to the liqueur.
The base consists of natural distillate with at least 70% apple, allowing for a pure development of herbal aromas without the aggressive sharpness of alcohol.
Production
LUCIFER is created through several short and extremely controlled macerations, from which we extract the best character of each herb without excessive bitterness.
After combining the ingredients, the liqueur ages for at least one month to allow the flavors to meld into a balanced whole.
For filtration, we use the technique of decanting, which allows for natural clarification and preservation of depth of flavor without aggressive interventions.
