Following harvest, the grapes underwent a generous 10 days of maceration, infusing the wine with complexity with extraction of elements from skins and seeds of the Malvasia grape. Subsequently, this wine matured for 1.5 years in a harmonious blend of oak and acacia barrels, contributing to its distinctive character.
