Malvazija Nos Tra 2017 – macerated Malvasia from Manžan

Malvazija Nos Tra 2017 comes from the sunny slopes of Manžan above the Gulf of Koper. The grapes were hand-picked between September 12 and 15, 2017, with a low yield per vine, which gave the wine maturity, concentration, and a distinct character.

Six days on the skins

The grapes were macerated on the skins for six days, and fermentation occurred spontaneously in an open container. This wine combines the texture of macerated Malvasia with Mediterranean freshness.

In the glass

The aroma reveals ripe fruit, dried flowers, herbs, spices, and a gentle touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is full yet elegant, with a pleasant salinity and a long finish.

At the table

We recommend it with fish in buttery or herbal sauces, poultry, roasted vegetables, pasta, risottos, aged cheese, and Istrian dishes. Serve at 11–13 °C.
