Pepper Pâté
Handcrafted pâté made from a mixture of liver and pork belly, seasoned with salt, spices, predominantly black pepper and sherry wine.
Made in Ortigosa de Cameros. La Rioja.
We observe a pinkish color and a pleasant flavor with a slight spiciness and a hint of spices. As for the aroma, we again denote a hint of sherry wine and an eminently whole cut, returning to one of its main characteristics, which is the creaminess on the palate.
Ingredients: Pork liver, pork belly, white wine (sulfites), salt, black pepper 1%, nutmeg, and clove.
NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORANTS. GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE. SUITABLE FOR CELIACS.
