Care for Dry and Strained Skin
The ointment is suitable for the care of dry, rough, and weather-exposed skin, especially on the hands, elbows, and heels. Olive oil nourishes the skin, beeswax creates a pleasant protective layer on it, and bay gives the ointment its characteristic Mediterranean plant quality.
Bay and Its Investigated Properties
Extracts and essential oil of true bay have shown antibacterial and antifungal effects in laboratory studies. These findings refer to tested extracts and do not demonstrate the medicinal effect of this final ointment. The product is intended for cosmetic skin care and is not a medicine nor intended for the treatment of infections.
Usage
Gently massage a small amount of ointment into clean, dry skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Before first use, test the product on a small area of skin. Discontinue use in case of irritation.
