Hemp is one of the first plants in the world that humans began to use for purposes other than nutrition. It has been used in China for at least 10,000 years.
The composition of hemp oil is very diverse. It contains numerous valuable compounds and is therefore recommended for therapeutic purposes.
Hemp oil is extremely rich in unsaturated fatty acids, containing almost 90%. Gamma-linolenic acid contributes to the normal function of skin preservation and heart health.
Additionally, it contains vitamin D, whose primary role is to maintain homeostasis and constant concentrations of calcium and phosphate. Vitamin D enhances their absorption from the digestive tract.
Hemp oil is excellent for hair care. It can be added to various homemade preparations: shampoos, conditioners, and masks. Occasional scalp massage with the oil is beneficial. This contributes to the normal function of the scalp and hair follicles. Massage improves circulation, and the compounds have a beneficial effect on itching.

Hemp oil can be used for preparing cold salads, hot soups, and sauces.
It can be used as an emulsifier in various vegetable spreads, added to smoothies, drizzled on salads, used cold – do not heat.
It can be used in ready-made dishes as a dressing for salads and roasted meats. It is also used in sweet dishes, fruit salads, cakes, and pancakes.

Usage:
Hemp oil is completely safe and very rarely causes allergies for most people.
Hemp oil has a low smoke point, so it should not be heated as it would lose its nutritional and medicinal properties. Therefore, it is added to dishes.
Adults: 1 teaspoon daily, either with a meal or after a meal.
Children can take 2 or 3 drops with a meal or with a drink.
For constipation, 1 teaspoon daily.
Storage conditions: store in a cool and dark place.
