Thanks to this, their effect is not limited to individual organic systems but encompasses the entire organism!
All our oils, except for black cumin (due to climate), are locally sourced and freshly produced in small batches!
Rapeseed is the third largest source of vegetable oil in the world after soy and palm oil, and it is also the second main source of protein food, although it accounts for only one-fifth of the production of the first main source, soy.
Rapeseed is an industrially important plant, as it is also used in biodiesel production, but rapeseed oil is extremely medicinal, and besides in nutrition, it can be used for skin and hair. Cold pressed rapeseed oil is widely available and inexpensive.
Pressed rapeseed oil is extremely medicinal because it contains a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids. It contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in a ratio of 1:3 and is the third most used oil in nutrition.
The American Food and Drug Administration has declared rapeseed oil safe for use and that it contributes to normal heart function.
Although rapeseed oil is said to be as healthy as olive oil, there is one advantage. Heating and frying with rapeseed oil do not produce bad fats as with heating olive oil, and rapeseed oil itself is thermally stable. Therefore, rapeseed oil can be used for dressing salads, preparing sauces, as well as heating and frying food.

Rapeseed oil can be used for preparing cold salads, hot soups and sauces, for baking and frying.
It can be used as an emulsifier in various vegetable spreads, added to smoothies, drizzled on salads, used cold or warm as it withstands high temperatures.
It can be used in ready-made dishes as an addition to salad dressings and roasted meats and vegetable products. It is also used in sweet dishes - cakes and pancakes.

Rapeseed oil is completely safe and does not cause allergies for most people.
