Package composition: Merguez – 6 x 77 g Yellow Chicken Thigh – 2 x 250 g Lamb Neck – 2 x 200 g Lamb Breast – 500 g Pieces suitable for slow cooking. The lamb neck, rich in fibers and collagen, is particularly suitable for long cooking. It adds structure and flavor to the broth. The lamb breast, more marbled, contributes to the richness of the juice and the texture of the dish. The yellow chicken thigh offers firm meat that holds up well during cooking. The merguez, added at the end of preparation or seared separately, completes the couscous with a spicy note. The lamb couscous package allows for the preparation of a complete dish without selecting each piece separately, while maintaining the balance of the different meats.
