To simplify the preparation of the abalones, the France Haliotis team offers to prepare them before shipping: the abalones are shelled, cleaned, and vacuum-packed a few minutes before shipping.
They will keep for 7 days in the refrigerator or can be frozen for later use for up to 3 months without altering their organoleptic qualities.
