The batch contains: -1 tray of cooked tripe weighing 450 g. -700 g of roasted pork belly at low temperature, for frying or reheating in the oven. -1 prepared stew that contains: beef shank, bacon, chorizo, blood sausage, ham hock, and beef bone, approx. weight 900 g. -1 kg of beef stew or ragout, cut into cubes. -1 kg of minced beef, 100% natural.
