The grape is macerated for several days in a controlled origin sweet wine produced in the South-West (Sauternais – a subdivision of the Bordeaux vineyard) and then coated with a fine layer of 70% cocoa butter couverture chocolate. These exceptional ingredients make it an unparalleled and exceptional treat.
