Due to the high fruit content, it is almost like fruit by the spoonful, with an intoxicating taste and aroma of ripe strawberries and very little added sugar.
Peach Extra Homemade Jam
Peach extra homemade jam is entirely handmade. We cook it quickly to retain as much of the Vipava sun and the original fruit flavor as possible. Due to the high fruit content, which is carefully selected and ripened in the most natural way, it tastes almost like fruit by the spoonful. It has a pleasant light yellow-orange color, with the flavor of typical Vipava peaches.
Plum Extra Homemade Jam
Plum extra homemade jam is entirely handmade, made from plums that have ripened on the Vipava solitary trees. We cook it quickly to preserve as much of the Vipava sun and the original fruit flavor as possible. Due to the high fruit content, which is carefully selected and ripened in the most natural way, it tastes just like your grandmother would make it.
Sunshine Extra Homemade Jam
Sunshine extra homemade jam is an innovation from the Berce Estate. Its uniqueness lies in the addition of carrots, which rounds out the flavor of juicy Vipava peaches, while the addition of orange and lemon juice gives it a pleasant freshness. With its nice yellow-orange color and refreshing, energetic taste, it will prepare you for a new day and fill you with sunny energy.
Aged Wine Vinegar 0.5l
Aged wine vinegar, made using the classic method with aging in wooden barrels. During aging, it acquires a darker burgundy color, and the taste of the characteristic red wine vinegar is richer, fuller, and balanced in its acidity.
Green
The grapes are hand-picked in September.
Process: 10-hour maceration, cold fermentation. The wine is cared for exclusively in stainless steel containers.
Color: Sparkling green-yellow.
Smell and aroma: Delicate floral-fruity notes complemented by Mediterranean herbs. Intensely expressed varietal characteristics with notes of stone fruits and Mediterranean herbs.
Taste: Full and noble body with just the right amount of freshness and softness.
Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes are hand-picked in October.
Process: The grape berries are left in contact with the must for 8 days, followed by biological acidification, then transfer: 60% wooden container, 40% stainless steel container.
Color: Medium intense ruby color, with noticeable violet hues.
Smell and aroma: Reminiscent of blackcurrants and ripe plums. We can also detect the scent of cedar, which is characteristic of this variety. The tertiary note of caramel and chocolate is acquired through aging in wooden barrels.
Taste: Aging in wooden containers has developed a long, pleasant taste; there are many tannins, but they are soft and pleasantly spicy.
Free Balsamic Vinegar Classico 0.5l
Aromatic balsamic vinegar is made from domestic grapes using the traditional “classico” method. It ages and thickens for at least 6 years in wooden barrels. Therefore, it has a full, characteristic sweet-sour taste and a distinctive dark burgundy to brown color.
