In Stara Sela near Kobarid, where our grandfather Srečko was from, the family tradition was the processing of milk into Tolmin cheese. We preserve this tradition, connecting Stara Sela and Manžan, and on Matajur, specialities are created and aged that delight gourmets at home and around the world.

A wheel of cheese weighing approximately 10 kg aged on the Marajur mountain until it arrived at Manžan two years ago. It continued to age spontaneously in the cold without refrigeration and under specially controlled temperatures. A delicacy for true gourmets and lovers of aged cheeses.
Along with the packaging of small slices, there will also be cheese crumbs; it will not be cheese in a whole piece, but we believe they will be exceptionally enjoyable.
