This tomato is prepared promptly after harvesting. The fresh crushed tomato, along with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, is packaged without adding any coloring or thickening agents. Ideal for spreading and as a complement to various foods. Since no thickening agents are added, separation of the tomato whey may occur.

Ingredients: 170 g of tomato, 5% oil, garlic (1%), sugar, sea salt, and acidity regulator: citric acid.

We are aware that without good raw materials, a quality product cannot be obtained.

We work alongside trusted farmers from the Ribera del Ebro in Navarra. We plan and control the crops so that each fruit is harvested at the most favorable time.

Fruits, vegetables, and greens, always in season, are processed immediately after harvesting, ensuring they retain all their properties.
