Oil pumpkins are traditionally cultivated. In fact, they were part of our childhood. Memories of them are tied to early spring when we carefully placed the seeds with sprouts into the ground, to summer when we all worked together to cultivate them, and when our grandfather made us 'instruments' from the hollow green stems, and until autumn when we always felt that in that cold, there was no end to the work with them.
We reveal this... We roast them at a lower temperature to avoid overheating or a drop in quality.
