Ingredients:
Spelt wholegrain flour (locally produced, freshly milled)
Honey (from a beekeeper just two villages away)
Butter (Slovenian)
Powdered sugar
Eggs (local - the chickens live in a coop with a green roof, graze outside, and have homemade flax seeds to peck at...)
Leavening agent - cream of tartar (cream of tartar, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate)
