Composition of the Package: Chicken Paupiettes - 4 x 200 g Beef Steaks with 3 Peppers - 4 x 220 g Orloff Pork Roast - 1000 g Butcher's Tip: For a successful winter meal, brown the paupiettes and the roast over high heat before continuing with gentle, covered cooking. This will help retain their tenderness. The beef steaks, on the other hand, are perfectly rare or medium, accompanied by crushed potatoes or oven-roasted vegetables.
