RECIPE: In a bowl, mix 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, add the juice of one lemon and ½ teaspoon of pepper and salt. Rub approximately 1 kg of chicken with Adriatic spice, marinate in the sauce for about 2 hours, then bake while occasionally brushing with the marinade. Serve warm with a side dish.
