Fig jam made in Grazalema in an artisanal way. The "Grazalemeño" jams use seasonal fruits and natural ingredients, with exclusive and innovative flavors. The fig is highly valued for its sweet taste and juicy, soft texture. It is used in a variety of recipes, from sweets and desserts to savory dishes and sauces.
