Lemon Pear Jam made in Grazalema in an artisanal way. The "Grazalemeño" jams use seasonal fruits and natural ingredients, with exclusive and innovative flavors. The lemon pear is a type of pear characterized by its smooth and shiny skin and its fruity and citrus flavor. Unlike many other pears, the lemon pear does not change color when ripening; it remains green and has an appearance similar to that of a lemon. The lemon pear is very versatile in the kitchen and can be used in a variety of recipes, from salads and desserts to main dishes and sauces. It is also an important source of nutrients, as it is rich in vitamins and minerals such as iron and calcium.
