Perfect for sautéing vegetables, making risottos, stews, and all those recipes that require long cooking times. Excellent for risotto pasta. Ideal for up to 5 portions and beautiful to bring directly to the table for an informal meal. Its non-stick surface is 3 times unbeatable thanks to the Whitford Granit coating, a long-lasting non-stick that is scratch and wear resistant. Thanks to the special lacquered base, it is non-slip on all heat sources and has very high efficiency on induction cooktops. Designed for all cooking methods that require long times or high flames, thanks to the very thick materials, up to 4.2 mm, it does not deform and ensures even cooking without burning. Extremely easy to clean by hand, it is also dishwasher safe. Moreover, it is safe: the non-stick coating is water-based and does not contain nickel, heavy metals, PFOA, PFOS, or BPA.
