ACTION AND APPLICATION: Most commonly used for colds with high temperatures, often in combination with linden flowers. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under 12 years old.
PREPARATION: Pour 3 g (2 teaspoons) with about 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and let it steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink the tea as needed, freshly prepared, 1-2 cups multiple times a day. For use longer than 2 weeks, consult a doctor. Daily dose is 10-15 g. 1 teaspoon = about 1.5 g.
