Entrechuelos White Chardonnay

White wine from the Land of Cádiz from the Miguel Domecq Winery located in Cortijo de Torrecera. The proximity of the vineyard to the winery allows for maximum preservation of the quality of the incoming grapes, which are harvested at night to ensure a cooler temperature for the grapes.

This extraordinary Entrechuelos Chardonnay is a fresh, fruity white wine with persistent aromas, featuring delicate hints of flowers and citrus fruits. Produced and bottled at our Miguel Domecq winery by our experts.

Wine fermented and aged on its lees. Three months of bottle maturation before commercialization. Wine with excellent preservation for several years.

Pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections.

On the nose: Very varietal Chardonnay, aromas of peach and apricot. Floral notes with citrus tones of orange peel and grapefruit are appreciated.

On the palate: Very smooth and luscious, well-balanced acidity, fresh and long-lasting. A very round and lengthy wine.

The vineyard is located in the southernmost region of Europe. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean creates a temperate climate, with winters that are not too cold and humid, and summers that are not too hot, refreshed at night by the humid sea breeze.
