Ginebro Premium Gin
Ginebro Premium Gin is one of the first terroir gins infused with botanicals from the Ebro River basin, including clementine, cantueso, cinnamon, and juniper. It is a gin made in the London Dry style, resulting from a process of five distillations.
Ginebro Premium Gin is a gin with a citrus, pure, and elegant nose, and a pleasant, persistent, and silky mouthfeel, without losing the dry note that characterizes the London Dry style. It is part of Ginebro, a project born from the passion of several friends for spirits.

Gin Production
Gin is a distilled beverage that typically uses an agricultural alcohol base, such as grains or beets. The distillation process of gin is carried out in a still, traditionally made of copper, although it can also be made of stainless steel. It is here that the alcohol is subjected to a boiling point to turn into vapor and be flavored with essences and botanicals.
The obtained vapor passes through condensation pipes until it leaves the still again in liquid form. This is how this alcoholic beverage is achieved. Did you know that for a gin to be called gin, it must be flavored with juniper?
Juniper Berries
Juniper or nebrina is the fruit of a shrub from the conifer family (juniperus communis), similar in appearance to a cypress, that grows in height and in cold climates like those of northern America and Europe. Its fruits, known as juniper berries, are green when they sprout, but as they mature, they acquire their characteristic purple hue, approximately in a year and a half, which is when they are harvested.
These juniper berries have been used for thousands of years for their medicinal benefits, since Roman times, and also in cooking. The Dutch were the first, in the 16th century, to add them to the process of making a distilled beverage which they named “genever” for that reason, and which had its counterpart in the French expression “genièvre”. The “genever” was first bottled by the Dutchman Ervin Lucas Bols in 1575.
The English who fought in Holland during the Thirty Years' War in the 17th century were amazed by the “Dutch courage,” as they called the way their comrades-in-arms would engage in battle after drinking Dutch gin, and they brought it back to their country, where they began to call it “Gin.”
