The Lotus Gooseberry Jam This recipe finds its origin in a cookbook by Claude Monet, who shared his own gooseberry jam. To this historical base, we chose to add a natural aroma of lotus flower, echoing the “Water Lilies,” an emblematic work of Monet. Its sweet floral notes evoke childhood candies, reminiscent of poppies or violets of yesteryear. A jam that is both lively and delicate, where fruit meets art and nostalgia of the past.
