Colander Olympia diameter 20 cm. Made of high thickness 18/10 stainless steel, satin finish. Olympia is characterized by its voluptuous, rounded shape, with wide proportions, inviting and reassuring, resembling the pots of the past and elevating it to the archetype of kitchen utensils. The finely satin exterior body, Olympia is made of 18/10 stainless steel, with a very thick triple bottom, allowing it to be used for any type of cooking, including induction, and enhancing the characteristics of all culinary traditions: generous in function as well as in form. Perfect for all cooking surfaces (induction, gas, electric plates, and ceramic glass). Olympia gives the opportunity to skilled cooks, cooking enthusiasts, and everyday users to experiment, even through this attractive shape, a "well-rounded cooking". Olympia enhances the typical characteristics of Serafino Zani's production: use of high-quality materials and strong thickness, great attention to details and finishes, equipped with the patented Zani heat diffuser bottom, ensuring uniform heat conductivity and a consequent reduction in consumption. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, pursuit of innovative and original design: this is perceived when using a pot made in Italy by Serafino Zani. Serafino Zani still manufactures its pots in the company in Lumezzane, Brescia, using exclusively high-quality stainless steel (inox 18/10). This material is the only one that guarantees maximum hygiene in contact with food, almost eternal durability, and extreme ease of cleaning and maintenance. The steel is used in all components and details, and is always applied in generous thicknesses that ensure excellent heat distribution and dimensional stability over time. All steel cooking pieces are equipped with a special heat diffuser bottom patented by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - consisting of a core of pure aluminum 'trapped' inside a double bottom of stainless steel. The use of this bottom allows optimal heat distribution over the pot body with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using the utensils on gas, electric plates, ceramic glass, and induction. All handles are designed to slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the pot body. The lid fits into a conical shape that prevents it from jumping during cooking, and from releasing steam unnecessarily dispersing heat. The design philosophy of Serafino Zani has always been based on aesthetic-technological research and maximum satisfaction of the end user, through the creation of everyday objects that are of high quality, pleasant to use, and that do not create discomfort and maintenance difficulties. The pots produced by Serafino Zani are thus high-design objects, with high thicknesses (a synonym for resistance and durability), of excellent and accurate finishes, allowing ease of use and cleaning. The package includes 1 colander diameter 20 cm.
