Winemaker's Diary:
We hand-picked ripe and healthy bunches of the Pinot Blanc grape variety. The harvest took place in the early hours. We decided on an earlier harvest because we wanted to preserve the primary fruity aroma in the future wine, which we succeeded in doing. The must reached a sugar content of 23 °NM after clarification. Through controlled fermentation, we aimed to maintain the character of the vintage in the wine. After fermenting the wine to dryness, the grapes were transferred to barrels, where they underwent 12 months of aging on fine lees. After aging, the wine acquired a beautiful fruity finish with a balanced content of acidity and sugar.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in wider bowls of slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.

Risotto with wild mushrooms and bacon, lobster cream with roasted broccoli, vitello tonnato with capers, curry with chicken and shrimp, bryndza dumplings.
