ACTION AND APPLICATION: Pirika root is used as a rinsing agent for inflammation of the urinary tract, for cystitis, and as a preventive measure for kidney stones. It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as for children under 12 years old.
PREPARATION: Pour 5-10 g (2-3 teaspoons) of finely chopped herb with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, let it steep covered for 10 minutes, and then strain. Drink up to 4 times a day, one cup of tea. Do not exceed the daily dose of 10 g.
