The raspberry fruit spread is made according to our family recipe. We cook it quickly to preserve as much of the rich flavor of sun-ripened raspberries as possible. Due to the high fruit content, it is almost like fruit by the spoonful, with an intoxicating taste and aroma of ripe raspberries and very little added sugar.
In good company:
