Winemaker's Diary:
We harvested the grapes in the early morning hours. After gentle pressing and settling, we fermented the obtained must with a pure culture of wine yeast. The wine was allowed to age for 6 months on fine yeast lees to balance its texture and flavor. Subsequently, the wine was clarified and bottled.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
Food Pairing Recommendation:
Freshwater fish - soft cheese - seafood - Asian cuisine.
