Content: Pure flower honey – it is a classic among honeys. Like other kinds, it is primarily a nutrient and sweetener, and also protects and maintains health by increasing the body’s resistance and immune system.
The natural property of any real honey is that it crystallises (hardens) after a certain time. This is proof that honey is really natural. If we want to return it to a liquid state, we heat it. It should not be heated to more than 40 ° C / 104 ° F so it does not lose all the healthy nutrients it contains.
Herbal Tea: 20 g – packed into a cellophane packaging
Preparation: Steam the tea leaves, then let them stand for 10 minutes. Wait for the tea to cool to a suitable temperature so you can drink it (below 40 ° C), add a teaspoon of honey and “voilá”.
