Vickers is the high-quality non-stick series that solves the problem of durability and functionality of the internal coating. The Vickers frying pans, pots, casseroles, and grills are specialized cooking tools made using advanced technologies, utensils that last for years while maintaining their fundamental characteristics of non-stick properties and absolute hygiene over time. Vickers consists of a steel body, on which a layer of titanium and two layers of non-stick coating are deposited. The molecules of these two materials, when combined, create an extremely hard surface that is very difficult to damage. An absolutely unique solution in the non-stick landscape. The presence of steel, used for the body, handles, and long handles of all pieces, adds greater elegance and value to this line, while also facilitating cleaning. The internal coating of Vickers consists of a layer of Titanium (Titancoat®) and a double layer of non-stick material. The combination of these two elements results in an extremely hard surface, highly resistant to use and contact abrasion. An innovative technical solution that significantly increases the durability of the internal coating and slows down its wear. The liquid Titancoat® is sprayed at very high speed onto the steel body of the utensil, using high-tech plasma equipment, also used in the aerospace industry. The bodies of all Vickers pieces are made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and can be used on gas, electric plates, glass-ceramic, and induction, thanks to the patented encapsulated thermodiffuser bottom by Tarcisio Zani, which ensures uniform heat distribution. The handles and knobs of Vickers are made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and designed to ensure ease of handling and safety in grip: they are filled with perlite (expanded volcanic rock), an inert material that is particularly lightweight, which hinders the transmission of heat from the body of the utensil. The package includes a 20 cm glass lid for Serafino Zani saucepan/frying pan, with a steel knob.
