Designed to ensure ease of handling and safety in grip, the handles are made of stainless steel and filled with perlite, a refractory material that hinders the transmission of heat from the body of the utensil. The patented Zani triple-bottom heat diffuser ensures optimal heat distribution, avoiding energy waste and allowing use on gas, electric plates, glass-ceramic, and induction cooktops.
