Atelier du Chocolat

Food & Beverages

Founded in Bayonne in 1951 by Joseph and Madeleine Andrieu, L'Atelier du Chocolat is a French artisanal family business, now renowned for its chocolate-making expertise.

The majority of our creations are handmade in our mother workshop in Bayonne, also the Musée du Chocolat, where tradition and innovation meet.

"Since 1951, L'Atelier du Chocolat has been, above all, artisanal know-how at the service of taste and creativity."

Our workshop-boutique locations across France offer a unique experience: the live rolling of our famous chocolate leaves, the signature of our Bouquet de Chocolat, the house's emblem.

Artisanal recipes, creative seasonal collections, and iconic treats punctuate the year. Committed to a CSR approach, we're reducing our carbon footprint, rethinking our packaging, and developing a responsible bean-to-bar range.

Since 2024, the house has belonged to the Agour group, sharing the same values of local roots, ethics and quality.
