Cheese of Goat aged with Oloroso Sauce traditionally made with goat's milk raised in the Sierra de Cádiz.
Aging: Between 4 and 7 months. In the last aging period, the cheese is bathed in olive oil and oloroso sauce to enhance its incredible flavor and aroma.
Intensity: medium due to its special aging and being covered in oloroso sauce.
Rind: natural covered with oil and oloroso sauce.
Characteristics: cheese of white color with an intense flavor on the palate and firm texture. Bathed in oloroso sauce.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
Aged in oloroso sauce, a crafted dense and aromatic reduction of the best Sherry Vinegars. A pleasure for all the senses.

Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, oloroso wine (contains sulfites), caramel, grape juice, sherry vinegar, and thickener: xanthan gum.
