PREPARATION: Pour 1 tablespoon of the tea blend with half a liter of boiling water, cover and let it steep for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain. The prepared herbal drink should be consumed multiple times throughout the day, before and between meals. The recommended daily doses should not be exceeded. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet. The maximum duration of use is 4 weeks. Individuals taking medication should consult a doctor before use. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old.
