PREPARATION: Crush 2 g of fruits (1/2 teaspoon) just before use and then pour over about 150 ml of boiling water (1 cup). Let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink up to 3 times a day, one cup of this prepared tea. The daily dose is 6 g.
