You choose the DPD pickup point, near your home or workplace, where our carrier will collect your duvet

You prepare a protective package for your duvet; it is important that it is well packaged.
You print the shipping label to attach to the package containing your duvet to be cleaned
You drop off the labeled package containing your duvet at the pickup point you selected
Your package is handled by DPD, and your duvet goes to AQUALOGIA, the leader in France for eco-friendly cleaning with whom we have established a partnership.
Aqualogia cleans your duvet using aquacleaning, the gentlest method for down and environmentally friendly
Once cleaned, your duvet is sent back to the pickup point you chose, and you will be notified when you can pick it up.
DPD does everything it can to make delivery simple and transparent. You can choose between home delivery or delivery to a DPD Parcel Point or DPD Parcel Machine. And with the myDPD app, you can find your DPD parcels. Live Tracking shows you where your parcel is at all times. If your plans change, you can easily adjust the delivery online via myDPD.
