A collection in three acts When the only jam maker in Paris meets one of the greatest lyric temples in the world, indulgence takes center stage. From this collaboration with the Opéra national de Paris, a collection inspired by its mythical works, sumptuous sets, and the emotion of live performance was born. Three recipes. Three universes. Three ways to bring the Opera to the table. The Enchanted Jam - Mango, Passion & Coconut A nod to The Magic Flute, this luminous and sunny jam plays the card of escape. The Alphonso mango from Ratnagiri, on the west coast of India, hand-picked and fiber-free, provides roundness. The passion fruit from Ecuador, from the province of Esmeraldas, known as the Green Province, adds liveliness. And a hint of coconut, discreet. An exotic, smooth, and enveloping composition. A joyful, almost magical recipe that evokes the wonderful, the lightness, and the enchantment of opera. Also find in the same collection: the Paris Opera Jam - Cherry & Smoked Tea and the Nutcracker Spread. Jar 250g. Price/kg: €59.60
