Matrioska: stackable round pouf for the living room. Everyone knows the Matrioska. In Russian tradition, it is a set of wooden dolls consisting of pieces of different sizes, each of which can be nested inside a larger one. Just like the Russian dolls, the Matrioska Pouf by Arketicom is inspired by the same concept: a set of design poufs with a solid wooden structure, padded with expanded polyurethane and covered in fabric or eco-leather. The three poufs in one set are of different sizes, each of which can be hidden under another larger one. For this reason, the round fabric pouf Matrioska fully reflects the spirit of adaptability characteristic of the traditional object from which it takes its name. This refined design furniture complements the design philosophy. Starting from space, the main point of reflection that gave rise to this splendid pouf, the Arketicom team decided to create a unique piece of furniture. The search for space led us to design an extremely minimal, stackable object that, when needed, can transform into three modern design poufs to be used as comfortable seating, footrests, or even small coffee tables.
