The extra virgin oil “SASSENTE” is obtained from 100% Frantoio olives, with an elegant and complex aroma, featuring fresh notes of green almond. On the palate, it has a sweet entry with green hints of grass and almond, and a pleasant and balanced bitterness and spiciness in the finish make it a very elegant oil.
