The recommended maximum total volume of tinctures, hydrosols, and other plant extracts is 15 ml per 250 ml of base. The proportion of all essential oils should not exceed 3%, which is about 70 drops per 250 ml of base. After adding the desired ingredients, massage 5-10 ml of shampoo into wet hair and then rinse thoroughly.
