Special pairing for cheeses prepared to accompany soft and creamy cheeses but also great for pairing with other types of cheeses.
The accompaniment consists of:
- A bag of toasted bread with raisins and walnuts in delicious toasts of the perfect size to serve all kinds of bites. Made with sourdough.
- A jar of heather honey from Ezcaray, harvested in High Mountain by beekeeper Matias Esteban Garrido, from our own harvest.
When the stock of the jam runs out, we will include a jar of our own harvested heather honey.
