Three new flavors join the table of princes! The residence of the princes of Condé, the Château de Chantilly has always been a prominent place for celebrations, a centuries-old theater of a certain art of living. In the old kitchens of Vatel, above which two floors of table service in tin and crystal await, impassively, the greats of Europe. Driven away by a revolution too virtuous to savor the refinement of high-society dinners, the Duke of Aumale, the last great French prince and heir of the princes of Condé, had to flee far from the Château de Chantilly, like the cork of champagne from the "oyster lunch" of Duke Jean François Troy still displayed here. He returned for good and took his revenge on the tricks of fate by creating the famous "Dinners of the Princes" in homage to his ancestors and their guests. Legendary feasts filled with exquisite dishes and illustrious guests, the Dinners once again made the Château de Chantilly the temple of taste. Today, Chantilly and the Dinners of the Princes welcome to their table three 250g jars of Confiture Parisienne in their white livery, titled: Raspberry Blackcurrant Lily, Orange Vanilla Lily, and Strawberry Raspberry Lily. There is no doubt that at the hour when the moon casts its unsettling glow between the pointed towers of the castle, the ghosts of the Prince of Condé, Vatel, and Empress Sissi will consider these new flavors of French culinary art as their peers.
