How the order process works
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In response to this message, please send us the requested photo, the names of the newlyweds, and the wedding date. The actual production usually takes 2–3 working days from the approval of the design.

What photo to choose?
Ideally, select a sharp and well-lit photo where the faces are clearly visible. We will remove the figures from the original background, eliminate distracting elements, and adjust the photo for engraving. By agreement, we can also change the clothing, and we will send you a design for approval before production.

The box is made of pine wood.
The dimensions of the box are 36 × 20 × 10 cm.
The drawing and shade of the wood may vary slightly, making each box unique.
